Atmospheric colour lighting design in the catering area

The Senckenberg Tower in Frankfurt a. M. attracts attention with its interlocking façade. Behind it is an ultra-modern office environment that is orientated towards the international BREEAM standard for sustainable building. loblicht was able to make a contribution to the lighting installation in the catering area, as our multipro LINE 67 LED lighting system is made from CO₂-reduced aluminium.

In the café/bistro, the aim was to create a strong counterpoint to the sober office lighting of the multi-storey office tower. To achieve this, we developed a luminaire design that creates a special atmosphere through the lighting function and control. The multipro LINE 67 was modified so that the entire colour and light intensity can be flexibly and conveniently adjusted using remote control and grouping of the profiles. The light can be adjusted in colour (or white) at the translucent ends of the opal acrylic discs, while the direct part of the light shines downwards in white. This creates modernity with light and a warm or cool atmosphere as desired in the ultra-modern catering area.
